His professional background in photography, video and graphics brings to the partnership a unique understanding of how we present all our projects. Justin Bateman is an accomplished musician and is the partnership's music director. He has been involved with British folk music since the early 1970s, playing banjo, guitar and mandolin in a variety of semi-professional duos and groups. He has played at clubs, festivals and special events across the South East of England. He has provided music for a range of professional theatrical productions and currently runs a successful and unique band (Balalaika London) specialising in the music of eastern Europe. Justin is also an accomplished soloist and singer-songwriter

Camden McDonald is a theatre professional with extensive experience of theatre in education with the National Trust and a founder member of Manchester's Roar Material theatre company. Cam is a freelance director, casting director and an actor. With his comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the performing arts we are delighted to have him as our stage director.
